4. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required at time of purchase or booking.
- Prices are in GBP (£).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Payment is processed securely via third-party payment providers.
5. Digital Downloads
Upon purchase:
- You receive a non-transferable licence for personal use only.
- You may not resell, distribute, copy, or share digital content with the exception of gift cards and vouchers
- Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not normally provided once accessed or downloaded (see Refund Policy).
6. Gift Vouchers
- Digital Vouchers Only
All gift vouchers are issued electronically via email. No physical vouchers will be provided.
- Unique Voucher Code
Each voucher contains a unique code, which must be quoted or entered at the time of booking to redeem against treatments or products purchased online.
- Transferability
Gift vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person. The holder of the voucher code will be deemed the authorised user.
- Single-Use Redemption
Each voucher can only be redeemed once. Once the code has been used, the voucher is considered fully redeemed and cannot be reused.
- Validity Period
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused value will expire and cannot be extended, refunded, or credited.
- Full Value Redemption
Vouchers must be used in full in a single transaction. No change, refund, or remaining balance will be issued if the full value is not used at the time of booking.
- Use Towards Treatments and Products
Gift vouchers may be used as full or part payment for available spa treatments and retail products booked online, subject to availability and scheduling.
- Booking Requirement
Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability of preferred treatments and times. Voucher redemption is subject to appointment availability.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services once purchased.
- Lost or Unauthorised Use
The spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of voucher codes. Please keep your voucher details secure.
- Right to Amend
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
7. Spa & Wellness Services Disclaimer
Our services are complementary wellness services and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients should:
- Inform us of any medical conditions
- Seek medical advice where necessary
- Disclose medications, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, or health concerns fully
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where deemed unsafe.

- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if consent is not provided.

We reserve the right to charge for unlawful damage to items or appropriated property such as robes, towels or treatment oils and creams.

- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
