Appointments
- Bookings must be made via our website or booking system.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before appointment via email to bookings@nurtureandharmony.com
- Late cancellations after the 48-hour period will incur a 100% fee.
- No-shows are charged in full.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may reduce treatment time. Full charges still apply.
Illness
If you are unwell, please contact us to rearrange.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where:
- A client’s health condition / medications / allergies makes the treatment unsafe or unsuitable
- Misconduct occurs
- Inappropriate or abusive behaviour is displayed
- Any other actions compromise the safety, wellbeing, or comfort of staff or other clients
