Appointments
- Bookings must be made via our website or booking system.
- Full payment or deposit may be required.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before appointment.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee (up to 100%).
- No-shows are charged in full.
Late Arrival
Arriving late may reduce treatment time. Full charges still apply.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where:
- Health concerns make treatment unsafe
- Inappropriate behaviour occurs
