REFUND POLICY

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return . 
• Items must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. 
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect ).
•  Faulty or incorrect goods will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
   

Due to immediate access:

• Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.  
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right to cancel
   

• Refunds for services are subject to our cancellation policy. 
• If we cancel or are unable to fulfil your appointment, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
