REFUND POLICY

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

• You have 14 days to request a return. 
• Items must be unused and in original condition. 
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless faulty).
   

Faulty goods will be refunded or replaced.

Due to immediate access:

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. 
• By purchasing, you acknowledge loss of cancellation rights.
   

• Refunds for services are subject to the cancellation policy. 
• If we cancel an appointment, you will receive a full refund or rebooking option.
